ORDOS – To fully implement the city’s latest talent recruitment policies and establish Ordos as a "Talent-Friendly City," the Organization Department of the CPC Ordos Municipal Committee (Municipal Talent Office) has announced the launch of a normalized, year-round application mechanism for the classification and accreditation of high-level talents.

According to the announcement, the digital platform will remain open 24/7, allowing eligible candidates to submit applications via the "Nuancheng Talents" (Warm City Talents) WeChat Mini-program at any time. Reviewing authorities will process applications through the "Ordos Digital Talent Smart Service Platform" (https://rcptht.ordosdj.gov.cn/).

The review process operates on a two-tier schedule:

Regular Screening: Local reviewing units are required to log in weekly to process submissions.

Quarterly Finalization: The Municipal Talent Office will conduct centralized material reviews and formal accreditation panels during the first 10 working days of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
