·Confirmation of the liquidation report by the shareholders' meeting, shareholders' general meeting, sole shareholder of a one-person limited liability company, or the People's Court, or the company's approval authority

·Newspaper clippings of creditor notices published in newspapers (if applicable)

·Resolution or decision to dissolve the company under the Company Law, bankruptcy ruling or dissolution judgment from the People's Court, or documents ordering closure, revocation of the company's business license, or cancellation by the administrative authority

·Tax clearance certificate (not required if the registration authority and tax authorities have shared the clearance information)

·Return of the original and copies of the business license if a paper version was issued.
