Ordos city has introduced a streamlined process for starting a business, in line with the "Ordos City Action Plan for Creating a First-Class Business Environment".
Entrepreneurs can now complete seven essential tasks online: obtaining a business license, engraving company seals, applying for invoices, registering for social security, medical insurance, and housing fund, and scheduling bank account appointments. These tasks can be completed together through a single streamlined online process, or businesses may choose to handle them individually as needed.
The processing time for online applications is half a working day. For in-person applications at service centers, the processing time is one working day. Applications submitted through the mobile app with automated approval are processed instantly.
There are no fees involved in the process. The government covers the cost of company seals for newly established businesses through government funding or partnerships with banks.
