The preschool education cases from Ordos city's Juungar Banner and Ejin Horoo Banner have been included in the "2025 Collection of Typical Cases for National Supervision and Evaluation of Universal and Inclusive Preschool Education" released by the Ministry of Education's education supervision bureau, representing 50 percent of the selected cases from Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
Since the launch of the county-level universal and inclusive preschool education initiative, Ordos has consistently worked to develop accessible, high-quality preschool education for all. By continuously increasing funding, optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening the teacher workforce, the city has built a solid foundation for universal and inclusive preschool education, steadily improving the quality of its educational institutions.
To date, seven banners and districts in Ordos have passed the national county-level universal and inclusive preschool education evaluation, accounting for 78 percent of the total, making it the city with the highest number of recognized areas in Inner Mongolia.
Ordos plans to build on these exemplary achievements to establish a comprehensive Ordos model for inclusive preschool education development, guiding the city toward broader access to high-quality preschool education.
