Uxin Banner leveraged the "cultural boom" from tourism events to launch the "Warm City Invitation · Talent Settlement in Uxin" brand. It established "talent recruitment stations" at performance venues and held job fairs around theaters, connecting talent opportunities with cultural engagement.

Building on emotional bonds forged through cultural promotion, the banner arranged for enterprises and institutions to follow tour routes, recruiting talent from 38 universities including Tsinghua University and Xi'an Jiaotong University.
In 2025 alone, the banner attracted 121 master's- or doctoral-level high-end talents and 1,785 professional or technical skilled workers, pushing the total number of talents to over 32,000.
Uxin has also partnered with 56 academic and research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jilin University. By inviting academicians and experts to solve technical challenges in modern coal chemical engineering and hydrogen coupling, it has turned them into "development advisors" for the banner.
Supporting policies like the 16 Articles on Talent and Technology Innovation Reform in Uxin and the "1+N" policy system have facilitated over 25 million yuan in fund disbursements, addressing practical needs such as housing and children's education. These measures ensure talent arrives through culture, stays due to policies, and thrives via industry growth.
