From March 19 to 21, the first stop of the 2026 Spring Recruitment Campaign was successfully held, visiting five key universities: Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Inner Mongolia University, and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. 

Organized by Dongsheng District, 22 key enterprises participated in the event, accurately matching university disciplines with regional industry needs, and offering 86 high-quality positions across fields such as financial services, modern logistics, and digital economy, with a total demand for 627 professionals.

The event was marked by a lively atmosphere, with continuous inquiries at the enterprise booths. Students actively submitted resumes, expressing strong desires to return home or settle in Dongsheng. A total of 3,552 resumes were received, including 3,166 undergraduate, 384 master's, and 2 doctoral resumes, significantly boosting the proportion of high-level talent. Several companies received a large number of high-quality resumes, and the university-region connection was efficient and smooth, achieving a "red-letter start" for spring talent recruitment.
