Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Branch has launched LD6000, a new superfine fiber material developed independently. When blended with nylon, the synthetic leather offers a soft feel, good breathability, and outperforms natural leather in mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and processing adaptability. It is used in luggage, sofas, automotive interiors, apparel, and high-end industrial products such as precision instrument cleaning cloths.

LD6000 features a higher melt index and greater adaptability, better meeting personalized and diversified customer needs. Only two companies in China can produce such products, making this launch a significant step in filling the domestic gap for high-end, customized superfine fiber materials.

With continuous innovation, Zhongtian Hechuang has achieved a key breakthrough in superfine fiber materials. Following a capacity of 60 tons in 2025, mass production is set for 2026. This marks solid progress in high-end polyolefin material development and industrial chain extension, supporting the coal chemical industry's shift toward high-end, refined, and green transformation.
