As one of the first community-based childcare pilots in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Kangbashi district has been building a "15-minute childcare service circle" to address pressing childcare issues faced by residents. By promoting standardized childcare services, it has guaranteed both service quality and affordable pricing, easing the burden on dual-income families.
