Uxin Banner has leveraged its One-Stop Service Center for businesses to integrate service resources and streamline government processes this year, establishing a comprehensive support system for enterprises. This initiative has served over 3,000 market entities, significantly contributing to the region's high-quality economic growth.
To address the challenges of businesses needing to visit multiple departments multiple times, Uxin Banner has dismantled departmental silos, integrating 179 enterprise-related services from 13 departments. These services cover essential business operations such as company registration, changes, cancellations, project consultations, and construction approvals, all under a unified window for comprehensive acceptance and processing.
The banner has also implemented measures to simplify processes, reducing submission materials by 34 percent, cutting procedural steps by 33 percent, and shortening processing times by 76 percent. These efforts effectively lower both institutional and time costs for businesses.
A dedicated team of 47 professionals has been established to assist with key projects and SMEs, providing end-to-end services. This team proactively handles consultation, document preparation, online submissions, and progress tracking, transforming business errands into agent-assisted services.
Uxin Banner has improved its major project joint review and approval mechanism, converting 11 critical approval processes from sequential to parallel, significantly enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, 100 high-frequency business services have been decentralized to six town-level government workstations, creating a "15-minute government service circle" to precisely meet business needs and optimize service measures.
Looking ahead, Uxin Banner plans to deepen government service reforms, expand digital service channels, and bridge online and offline service gaps, focusing on enterprises' full-lifecycle development needs to foster an efficient, convenient business environment.
