Two years after its launch, the Uxin Banner Human Resources Service Industrial Park has helped more than 2,700 people find employment and generated over 180 million yuan ($26.58 million) in revenue, establishing itself as a key regional talent hub and a major driver of local employment and entrepreneurship.

The park now hosts 23 entities and operates a dynamic performance-based management system, under which seven underperformers have been phased out and 16 new agencies brought in. It has also stepped up cross-regional collaboration with Yulin in Shaanxi province to better integrate talent resources across borders.

To more closely align labor supply and demand, the park has set up two doctoral workstations, and through a combination of online and offline efforts, it has held 43 hiring campaigns and examinations, serving more than 2,000 job seekers.

On the training front, the park has delivered 26 vocational skills programs and 12 entrepreneurship courses, while offering full-cycle support – from incubation to operations – for 10 promising startups. 

Shared office spaces, one-stop service windows, and talent apartments have also helped reduce business costs, while activities such as youth night schools and industry sharing salons have fostered a stronger sense of belonging among talent.

The park's training and employment efforts have yielded significant results, with the revenue of resident enterprises continuing to rise in the first half of the year. Looking ahead, the park will further develop comprehensive talent services and invite talent from all sectors to jointly build a more prosperous Uxin Banner.
