Tip: After successfully scheduling, please ensure you receive the SMS notification sent to the phone number registered with your medical card. Arrive 30 minutes early to the respective department for check-in.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you can easily adjust it via the mobile app. For elderly patients unfamiliar with smartphones, simply present your registration number at the one-stop comprehensive appointment window, where staff will assist with rescheduling.
