The People's Government of Dalad Banner and the Administrative Committee of Dalad Economic Development Zone signed a framework cooperation agreement with Honggu (Inner Mongolia) Biotechnology Co for an integrated smart facility agriculture project.
Honggu (Inner Mongolia) Biotechnology Co is a technology-driven innovative company focusing on the full industrial chain development of peat humic acid and comprehensive modern agricultural services. The signed project is an ecologically closed-loop, full-industrial-chain initiative, planned around three core sectors.
Industrial deep processing sector will be carried out in two phases. The first phase will establish production lines for humic acid deep processing and high-purity raw material extraction for medical aesthetics. The second phase, subject to market conditions and operational performance, will include expanded production lines, a bio-feed plant, and an organic fertilizer plant.
Livestock and biopharmaceutical sector will involve the construction of a commercial beef cattle base with an annual output of 15,000 head, and a base producing 500 kilograms of artificially cultivated bezoar per year. It will also include a supporting production line with an annual capacity of 250,000 tons of bio-feed.
Modern agriculture sector plans to transfer 50,000 mu (8,235 acres) of saline-alkali land and general farmland to grow protein mulberry, purple-bearded forage, corn, soybeans, and other crops. This will generate 80,000 tons of raw materials annually, creating an integrated "planting-breeding-processing" supply system.
This collaboration between the local government and the enterprise represents an important step for Dalad Banner to strengthen its modern agriculture and animal husbandry industries, revitalize saline-alkali land resources, optimize the regional industrial structure, and support rural revitalization.
