By scanning the QR code, businesses can access a "mobile encyclopedia" platform offering guidance on high-frequency tasks such as registration and tax reporting, with content presented in an easy-to-understand, illustrated format for immediate reference.

The "First Lesson in Business" uses plain language, including infographics and short videos, to lower the policy understanding barrier and establishes a dynamic update mechanism to ensure accurate and effective guidance. So far, the service has benefited 13,475 new businesses, with over 11,000 QR code scans, reducing average preparation time by 30% and significantly increasing policy awareness.
