Since 2026, Ordos has introduced the innovative "First Lesson in Business" service, integrating "compliance management" and "tax practical operations" into a QR code printed on the back of business licenses. This allows new businesses to access services immediately upon receiving their licenses. Qiu, who recently obtained a business license for an engineering consulting company, praised the convenience of services like invoice issuance and industry supervision provided via the QR code.

To address the challenge of "easy setup but difficult operation" for new businesses, Ordos has moved its government service portals forward, creating a lightweight, full-cycle support system. By scanning the QR code, businesses can access a "mobile encyclopedia" platform offering guidance on high-frequency tasks such as registration and tax reporting, with content presented in an easy-to-understand, illustrated format for immediate reference.

The "First Lesson in Business" uses plain language, including infographics and short videos, to lower the policy understanding barrier and establishes a dynamic update mechanism to ensure accurate and effective guidance. So far, the service has benefited 13,475 new businesses, with over 11,000 QR code scans, reducing average preparation time by 30% and significantly increasing policy awareness. Market supervision has shifted from "post-event investigation" to "pre-event prevention."

Through the "First Lesson in Business," Ordos has bridged the "last mile" of policy implementation, contributing "Ordos wisdom" to creating a top-tier business environment and stimulating regional economic vitality.
