Ordos has innovatively implemented a "smart screening + manual review" dual verification mechanism, leveraging AI technology to screen bidding documents, automatically identify problematic clauses, and provide precise warnings. So far, 119 projects have been monitored, effectively breaking down hidden barriers. Additionally, a dual public disclosure system for fair competition review of bidding documents has been introduced, requiring bidders to publicly disclose documents and review commitments for social oversight. Since 2026, both the disclosure rate and compliance rate have reached 100%.

Furthermore, Ordos has issued a negative list for bidding document preparation, clarifying 24 prohibited actions, further standardizing bidding practices and fostering a fair market environment. Through the "manual + AI" dual verification mechanism,Ordos continues to optimize the business environment in the bidding sector, promoting high-quality development in public resource transactions.
