The Ministry of Education of China has recently announced the official award list of the 2025 World Vocational College Skills Competition. Several vocational colleges in Ordos City have made it onto the list, demonstrating the fruitful achievements of the city's high-quality vocational education development.
The 2025 World Vocational College Skills Competition was held from August to November 2025. The competition featured 28 domestic competition zones and four overseas zones: Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and Europe. A total of 2,892 vocational colleges and institutions from 76 countries, 8,956 teams, 33,707 contestants, and 17,622 supervising teachers participated in the event, marking a large scale and wide influence.
In this competition, vocational colleges from Ordos delivered outstanding performances and won multiple awards. The detailed list of award-winning schools and their respective programs is as follows:
