"Sunshine Enforcement" Boosts Cashmere Industry Growth
Updated: Feb 14, 2026

To continuously optimize the business environment and enhance the transparency and credibility of law enforcement, the Ordos Market Supervision Bureau recently innovated its approach by organizing a special "Business Environment Experience Day" activity.

This initiative shifted away from the previous one-way inspection model, adopting a "welcome in, accompany, and witness firsthand" approach to proactively expose the enforcement process to social oversight.

Three experience officers from industry associations and enterprises, serving as "temporary law enforcement officers," accompanied market supervision officials on visits to key cashmere product business locations, including Dongsheng's Cashmere Street (market) and the Golden Morning International area, covering over 100 merchants.

Inspections focused on whether product labels and trademarks were used legally, advertising was truthful, and product quality met standards, aiming to regulate market order, protect consumer rights, and maintain the regional brand image of "World Cashmere Capital."
