As the first parade of the day, 74 Uxin riders dressed in festive attire advanced to the melodious strains of the Morin Khuur (horsehead fiddle). At the front, a flag bearer held high a banner reading "Come to Uxin to Watch Trotting Horses," extending a warm invitation to audiences nationwide. Twelve performers from the Ulan Muqi troupe delivered a heartfelt rendition of the song "Hymn of the White Horse," bringing blessings from the grassland. Meanwhile, 61 local herder riders interacted warmly with spectators, posing for photos and embodying the hospitality of the prairie people.

The trotting horse procession drew enthusiastic responses from Yulin residents, with cameras clicking and cheers filling the air as it made its way through the city's ancient streets. The vibrant ethnic costumes added a fresh splash of color to the historic city. Horse hooves echoed beneath the drum tower as songs reverberated within the old city walls—a cross-regional cultural encounter that sparked a powerful sense of shared identity and unity among all ethnic groups.

This performance marks Uxin Banner's latest step in deepening regional cultural and tourism cooperation. In this Year of the Horse, the banner will continue to build on its unique trotting horse culture, promote the Ulan Muqi troupe and Morin Khuur orchestra, and boost the high-quality development of its cultural and tourism sector.
