On February 6th, "People's Education" published the 2025 National Innovative Cases in Basic Education. The case "Kangbashi Ten Measures' Achieving Regional High-Quality Education" submitted by the Kangbashi District Education and Sports Bureau stood out from over 10,000 applications nationwide and was successfully selected.
It is understood that Kangbashi District strictly implements the national "double reduction" policy and has introduced the "Kangbashi Ten Measures for Double Reduction." Through multi-party collaboration, systematic reform, and comprehensive measures, it has achieved the goal of "effective reduction within one year and remarkable results within three years." Adhering to the strategy of prioritizing educational development, it has established a reform approach that "coordinates both inside and outside schools, and parallels burden reduction with efficiency enhancement." By precisely implementing measures across ten key dimensions, including school hours, total homework load, and exam frequency, it has built a four-in-one promotion system integrating "supervision, teaching staff, curriculum, and evaluation."
In the next step, Kangbashi District will take this selection as an opportunity to continue upholding the original aspiration of "running education that satisfies the people," focusing on building the "Quality Education" brand. It will continuously enrich the development pathways of "good schools, good principals, good teachers, good ecosystems, and good futures," persistently innovate and strive for breakthroughs in the field of education and teaching, and endeavor to write a new chapter for Kangbashi's "Quality Education."
