Zhang Pengcheng, director of the Ordos High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee, led a delegation to visit enterprises and discuss projects in Beijing and Nanjing from Jan 18 to 21.

Zhang visited companies including Beijing Aerospace Great Wall Satellite Navigation Technology Co, the Shijingshan Humanoid Robot Data Training Center, and Nanjing Vertexyn Bioworks Co. He gained insights into the latest advancements in frontier technology research, market expansion, and industrial chain collaboration. The discussions centered on deepening industrial cooperation and promoting the industrialization of technological achievements.

During these exchanges, Zhang introduced the industrial foundation, innovation platform development, and future planning of the Ordos High-Tech Zone. He highlighted that the zone is implementing the "artificial intelligence +" initiative, focusing on strategic emerging industries such as the digital economy, smart equipment manufacturing, and synthetic biology to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading.

Zhang also expressed a strong desire to deepen collaboration with these enterprises, particularly in areas such as high-end medical equipment R&D and production, satellite application, humanoid robot digital training, and synthetic biotechnology. He emphasized the goal of attracting more quality projects, advanced technologies, and top-tier talent to the Ordos High-Tech Zone.
