To help enterprises in the city grow and prosper, Ordos High-Tech Zone is establishing a comprehensive service system, providing a major boost to the region's high-quality economic development.

To provide the best services possible, the zone is listening to companies' concerns and gaining a clearer understanding of their needs.

By helping companies connect with external markets, research institutions, and policy resources, companies are able to expand their markets and strengthen cross-regional and cross-sector collaboration in technology, talent, and policies. To date, over 3,500 companies have set up operations in the Ordos High-Tech Zone.

The enterprise service center in the zone continuously upgrades the government-enterprise service platform to enhance efficiency and advance an intelligent service model. Since the launch of Inner Mongolia autonomous region's "Zhengcetong" online platform, enterprises in the zone have been able to complete various tasks such as policy inquiries and application tracking through the platform, eliminating the need to visit multiple departments.

Ordos High-Tech Zone has established a "weekly problem resolution" closed-loop mechanism, which includes problem collection, classification, coordination, and follow-up supervision. Teams specializing in employment services, approval processing, and bank-enterprise connections have also been formed. By closely monitoring new business needs, they have served over 700 enterprises, achieving a 100 percent satisfaction rate.
