The Champion SMEs Innovation Base in Dalad Banner, Ordos, is developing a dynamic blueprint to foster an ecosystem that attracts industry leaders and forms robust industrial clusters, injecting strong momentum into Dalad Banner's efforts to build a high-end, green, and intelligent industrial structure.

As of December 2025, the innovation base had registered six companies, all focused on key sectors such as green low-carbon energy, advanced materials, and supporting equipment manufacturing, marking the establishment of a specialized, innovative industrial cluster.

With a total investment of 188 million yuan ($26.95 million) and covering 94,000 square meters, the base offers factory spaces ranging from 4,500 to 10,000 sq m that are equipped with freight elevators, cranes, and independent office areas, catering to the diverse needs of tech enterprises for research, pilot testing, and production.

The base operates under a streamlined approach of "unified planning, design, land acquisition, construction, and management", providing standardized factory buildings and support services. This allows companies to move in with ease and start operations quickly, significantly lowering investment costs and operational risks.

The base's comprehensive facilities include exhibition halls, business meeting rooms, reception rooms, employee dormitories, dining facilities, and conference halls, addressing a range of business needs.
