Ordos' Dongsheng district launches 110kV power transmission project

The Yinhe 110kV Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Dongsheng district, Ordos city, has completed its power transmission testing and is now operational, providing a robust, reliable power supply for industrial development and residential needs in Tongchuan town and surrounding areas, and further optimizing Dongsheng's power grid structure.

The 110kV project has a total investment of 97 million yuan ($13.9 million) and spans 7.66 mu (0.5 hectares), with a distribution equipment building covering 1,598 square meters, meeting the power supply demands of multiple regions.

Equipped with an intelligent auxiliary monitoring system, the project integrates security surveillance, fire alarms, and online equipment monitoring, enabling seamless connectivity across all station equipment and significantly enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

The project not only meets the electricity needs of local industries and residents but also provides continuous and stable power support for Dongsheng's industrial transformation, urban-rural integration, and high-quality economic and social development.

The district will continue to advance power grid infrastructure, further strengthening the intelligent power grid to deliver high-quality power services and support the region's sustainable development.
