Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Drink Co, based in Ordos city, has launched the first batch of almond drink products for export to Japan, with 24,000 bottles carrying unique local flavors.
"This batch includes both sugar-free and regular almond drinks, totaling 1,200 cases," said Zhang Zhihua, the company's deputy general manager. These products will be shipped via Tianjin Port to Japan, directly entering major supermarkets, so that Japanese consumers can experience the unique flavor of Chinese plateau almonds.

As a nationally recognized leader in forestry industry, Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Drink Co has developed over 20 products, including the almond drink, which has been certified to ISO 9001 international quality management standards and earned organic food certification. The products are widely sold across major domestic cities and have gained a strong market reputation.
To ensure smooth entry into the Japanese market, the company has spent over a year coordinating various efforts. "We quickly completed export-related formalities, sent the first batch of samples to Japan for testing and evaluation, and assisted with customs procedures to overcome the challenges of entering the international market," said Zhang.

The drinks being exported to Japan employ low-temperature extraction and freshness-locking technologies, preserving the original flavor of plateau almonds while precisely meeting modern consumers' demands for health and nutrition. "Entering the Japanese market is just the beginning of our international journey," Zhang emphasized. "In the future, we will continue to expand the scale of almond cultivation, increase investment in core technology research and development, and steadily explore broader international markets."
