Beijing Liando Investment Group and Inner Mongolia Mengxin Group signed a cooperation agreement on Oct 16 to jointly develop the Liando U Valley-Mengxin Smart Park in Dongsheng district, Ordos.

Under the agreement, the two companies will build a modern industrial hub in the district, integrating manufacturing, R&D, innovation, and supporting services.

The project will focus on high-end manufacturing, producer services, and technological innovation, attracting leading enterprises from across the industrial chain, boosting the growth of local industrial clusters, and forming a distinctive industrial ecosystem.

In addition to creating more jobs, the park is expected to drive economic growth in Dongsheng district and the Ordos High-tech Industrial Development Zone, injecting fresh momentum into the region's industrial upgrading and high-quality development.
