A major nano-materials project undertaken by Londerful New Material (Inner Mongolia) Co is advancing steadily in the Dalu Industrial Park of Juungar Economic Development Zone. With a total investment of 200 million yuan ($28.05 million) and spanning an area of 47,000 square meters, the project is set to enhance local advanced materials manufacturing capabilities.
Significant progress has been made on the ground: four of the six planned production lines are now under construction. The steel structure of Workshop 1 has been topped out, and equipment installation is currently underway. Meanwhile, structural work on Workshops 2, 3, and 4 is largely complete, with wall construction for Workshop 4 now 90 percent complete.
Upon completion, the facility will utilize internationally advanced preparation technologies to annually produce 20,000 metric tons of nanocrystal powder and 10 million sets of nanocrystal devices. This will establish a comprehensive soft magnetic materials industrial chain – spanning from raw materials to end products.
Equipment debugging is scheduled to begin by the end of September, followed by trial production of the nanocrystal powder line by the end of October. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output of 500 million yuan and create around 200 new jobs.
