On July 4, a delegation organized by the China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Ordos Sub-council participated in the 2025 Central Asia (Horgos) Commodity Trade Fair in Horgos, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.

The Ordos delegation comprised 11 outstanding local enterprises representing the city's diverse industries, including Inner Mongolia Mengkai Import & Export Trading Co, Ordos Dongfeiyan Cashmere Products Co, Ordos Rongdu Leading Sheep International Trade Co, and Inner Mongolia Muming Food Co.
The delegation hosted a special promotional event on the afternoon of July 5, showcasing the city's premium products in multiple sectors, including dairy products, air-dried beef and mutton, and the city's flagship cashmere apparel.

The 30,000-square-meter exhibition space was divided into three sections: Investment Cooperation, Chinese Commodities, and Central Asian Commodities, focusing on key trade areas such as service trade, textiles, and agricultural products.
Running until July 6, the trade fair attracted nearly 340 enterprises from China and Central Asian countries, marking the first concentrated display of Central Asia's characteristic industries on such a scale.
