With a total investment of 900 million yuan ($124.96 million), the project will be constructed in three phases. The first phase, which is under construction, plans to invest 300 million yuan to establish three internationally leading production lines for new energy battery conductive agents. These consist of a 15,000-metric-ton general-purpose product production line, a 10,000-ton medium-grade product production line, and a 5,000-ton superconducting-grade product production line.

After the project reaches its full production capacity, it will significantly increase the substitution rate of imported battery conductive agents and provide key material support for new energy vehicles and energy storage.

Upon completion, the project is expected to create 100 new jobs, contribute over 50 million yuan in tax revenue annually, and generate over 700 million yuan in annual revenue. It will drive the development of the entire industrial chain, strengthen in-depth cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises, and build an innovation system of "industry, academia, research, and application".

While promoting the application of new energy battery conductive agents in high-end fields such as semiconductors and aerospace, the project will also drive the coordinated development of surrounding logistics and supporting industries, and inject new impetus into the green development of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, and Ningxia.
