The main structure of the Juncan Auto Parts project, located in the Chery Auto Parts Industrial Park in Ordos High-tech Zone, is nearly complete.

According to Yang Zhiwei, the project manager of Juncan Auto Parts, construction on the project's factory building commenced in September 2024, with a planned investment of 60 million yuan ($8.20 million). The factory is equipped with two welding production lines, which are expected to officially start operating on June 30, 2025.

The project focuses on the welding business of Chery Ordos Branch, while actively exploring and serving the surrounding auto parts business. The smooth construction of the project reflects the project team's effectiveness and strong coordination, while also contributing to the optimization of the local automotive parts industry. It will enhance the regional automotive industry supporting capacity and inject new momentum into the development of Ordos' automotive industry.

The project will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 automotive welding parts, including major car body components such as automotive roof covers, front frames, rear frames, and lower body parts. After reaching full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 120 million yuan and tax revenue of more than 3 million yuan.
