The release conference of the "Ordos Coal Industry Artificial Intelligence and MineHarmony Application Three-year Action Plan (2025-27)" was held on Dec 16  in Dongsheng district, Ordos, with the tagline of "AI & MineHarmony: Accelerating the development of digital and intelligence in the coal industry".

MineHarmony is an intelligent mining operating system jointly developed by Huawei and the National Energy Group, aiming to achieve digitalization and intelligent development in the coal industry.

At the conference, relevant officials shared the "Achievements of the Ordos Industrial Internet Platform" and detailed the three-year action plan, along with its supporting construction guidelines and acceptance methods. Four enterprise leaders also delivered keynote speeches, and Ordos Airport Logistics Park signed contracts with 15 hardware and software industrial park enterprises.

Ordos plans to gradually promote upgrading and renovating all coal mines in normal operation over the next three years in three phases. This will involve the integration of AI, data fusion, and MineHarmony equipment to create a national-leading demonstration site for coal mine AI models and MineHarmony applications.

Ordos will deepen cooperation, strengthen technological innovation, support the construction of the MineHarmony software and hardware parks, and promote the innovative application of industrial internet platforms to achieve intelligent and green development of the coal industry.

Building on the existing intelligent construction of coal mines, Ordos will continue to explore the integrated development of AI, MineHarmony technology, and mining equipment. It aims to promote the implementation of AI and MineHarmony applications, fully creating a new model, new path, and new business format for the intelligent development of the coal industry in Ordos and leading its digital and intelligent transformation.
