The Global Investment Promotion Conference for 2024 Ejin Horoo Banner Modern Service Industry and Ordos Causeway Bay Plaza was held on Dec 6 in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province, under the theme "Creating a Better Future: New Opportunities for Development from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to a Warm City".

During the conference, Inner Mongolia Xingtai Real Estate Group and Baisheng Business Management Group signed agreements with 20 brand representatives.

The Ordos Causeway Bay Plaza, jointly developed by Inner Mongolia Xingtai Real Estate Group and Hong Kong Causeway Bay Plaza Group, commenced construction in April this year. Located within Xingtai Business Plaza in Ejin Horoo Banner, Ordos, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the plaza is a large high-end experiential commercial complex integrating premium shopping, leisure, and entertainment. It plans to introduce 240 mid-to-high-end brands, including 30 brands that will be the first of their kind in Ordos. Once completed, the plaza is set to become a new landmark for high-quality living.
