The project is using the undeveloped vacant land on the south side of Shenglu Power Plant to build 91,214 square meters of ground photovoltaic technology, maximizing the utilization of land space. The total installed capacity of the project is 5.95 MW. After operation, it is expected to generate 8.9 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, reducing standard coal consumption by 2,815 metric tons, emissions of soot by about 0.2 tons, and carbon dioxide emissions by 7,732 tons per year.
The project adopts the model of "generating electricity for self-use, with the surplus supplied to the grid", which is expected to lead to an annual output value of 2.49 million yuan ($341,902.40) after operation. This will not only reduce electricity costs for enterprises, but also improve the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency.
