At a factory in Chery (Ordos) Intelligent Net-connected Automobile Industrial Park, machinery and workers are toiling day and night.

The factory's main structure and maintenance structure have now been finished, while ongoing works, such as Indoor partition panel installation, water and electricity equipment installation, and paving of concrete floor are undergoing their finishing touches. Fire prevention, anti-theft and anti-freezing measures are being implemented to ensure the materials and tools are protected during winter. Efforts are underway to protect finished construction.

"Since the workshop is 8 meters high, all our workers have been trained to work high above ground. On work sites, necessary security equipment and measures, such as high-altitude safety belts, fire extinguishers, and security guards are in place," said Liang Jun, production manager of the project.

This automobile industrial park, covering an area of 213,000 square meters and involving an investment of 1.56 billion yuan ($215.04 million), is expected to provide more than 3,000 jobs once it begins operating, which is scheduled for 2025.
