Inner Mongolia Mengtai Group recently acquired 100 percent shares of Alu Menziken Extrusion (AME), Switzerland's famous aluminum deep processing enterprise. This is another important strategic move by the Mengtai Group after its acquisition of the German APT Group in 2020.

Improving deep processing capacity for high-end aluminum alloy is an important part of Mengtai Group's strategy to build a complete aluminum industry chain. The acquisition of AME will further enhance Mengtai Group's technological strength and innovation capabilities in this sector. It will also lay a solid foundation for expanding into the global high-end aluminum alloy application market, and provide strong momentum for advancing its full aluminum industry chain strategy and internationalization efforts.
