The winery began construction in 2019, with an initial investment of 230 million yuan ($32.76 million). It is a comprehensive winery that integrates grape cultivation, winemaking, sales, research, and tourism. It is designed to produce 1,000 tons of wine and brandy per year. To ensure product quality, it employs techniques like cold maceration, gravity fermentation, and post-fermentation maceration. The entire process and on-site management follows the 8S standard.

The winery combines Engebei's desert ecological restoration efforts with the sand industry and has now built nearly 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares) of high-standard planting demonstration vineyards. The natural environment has improved significantly, providing the local people with more and higher-paying jobs.
