The comprehensive resource utilization project for coal gasification slag by Ordos Kunlong Technology Co is about to be put into operation. 

Located in the Nalinhe Industrial Park, Sulige Economic Development Zone, Uxin Banner, Ordos city, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the project has received a total investment of 108 million yuan ($15.20 million).

It utilizes industrial solid waste, specifically coal chemical slag discharged by coal chemical enterprises, as raw material. Technological innovations transform the waste into a series of high-value-added products, achieving comprehensive resource utilization.

The project will process 700,000 metric tons of coal gasification slag annually, producing 265,000 tons of carbon-based materials, 35,000 tons of rubber and plastic fillers, 70,000 tons of silicon fertilizers and soil conditioners, and 330,000 tons of concrete aggregates and admixture.

The integrated office building's main structure has been completed, and secondary construction and outdoor work are in progress. The foundations and main structures of the grinding and granulation plant have been completed, and preparations are being made for steel structure construction. The concrete aggregate testing base has been put into operation, with official production expected to start in October.
