The 2024 Warmth Coal distribution program has officially been launched in Juungar Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

The Warmth Coal distribution program is a program wherein coal is offered at a subsidized price of 100 yuan ($14.03) per metric ton and for free to households facing hardships, village centers and state-run nursing homes throughout the heating season.

The aim is to guarantee that every farmer and herdsman in the banner has the means to keep their homes warm, making the winter season a comfortable one for all.

The program has been a cornerstone of Juungar Banner's people-centered approach for years, not just an initiative but a testament to its commitment to the people's well-being.

This year, the program will allocate 2 tons of coal per eligible household, 6 tons per village community center, and a total of 500 tons for two State-run nursing homes.

At the distribution site, the meticulously refined coal pieces for the program were diligently loaded onto trucks, initiating a well-coordinated delivery to surrounding townships and villages. Ensuring that every lump of coal is both warming and of exceptional quality, authorities have meticulously planned every aspect of coal quality control and transportation, aiming to bring warmth straight to everyone in need.

At the bustling distribution event in Dagou village, Dalu town, a sea of joyful faces converged from all corners, as people drove their agricultural vehicles to claim their share of the coal, eager to carry the "warmth" straight back to their homes.
