A super giant milk skin debuted at the recent 26th "Aolun Huhri" Cultural Performance and the 2024 Naadam Fair in Galutu town, Uxin Banner, Ordos.

This enormous milk skin measures 5 meters in length and 2 m in width and is made from 1,400 kilograms of milk. It took 10 days to prepare.

The rich aroma of milk filled the air from a distance, and the area around the milk skin was crowded with visitors from far and wide, all eager to taste it.

"The milk skin is incredibly delicious, with a delicate and sweet flavor. It melts in your mouth and keeps you coming back for more," said a visitor surnamed Liu from Hebei province.

"I'm over 60 years old, and this is the largest milk skin I have ever seen. It's not only big but also crispy and soft. So fragrant!" said a local herdsman excitedly.

While tasting, people praised the deliciousness of the milk skin and discussed various ways to enjoy it. According to local farmers and herders, there are many ways to eat milk skin. It can be eaten with bread slices, mixed with fried rice and sauce, or used to make milk tea. No matter how you enjoy it, the milky aroma will always satisfy your taste buds and leave you craving more.

It has been reported that Galutu town introduced 260 high-quality dairy cows in 2023 and an additional 130 Jersey dairy cows in 2024. As a result, milk production increased from 817,000 kg in 2022 to nearly 3 million kg in 2024.

By cultivating dairy cows at the source and improving milk supply, the town is continuously developing and enhancing the added value of its dairy products, fully promoting the revitalization of the local dairy industry.
