2024 Ordos International Import Commodities Fair concludes

The 2024 Ordos International Import Commodities Fair, held with the support of the Dongsheng district bureau of commerce, concluded on July 29, with the on-site transaction volume exceeding 18 million yuan ($2.49 million). The fair was titled "Meet Warm City and Explore Cross-border".

The fair cooperated with multiple countries including Russia, Mongolia, and Pakistan, and saw over 150 exhibitors participate.

It adopted a market-style layout, showcasing distinctive cultures and premium products from various countries. The blend of different cultures and cuisines provided residents with an immersive, global shopping experience.

Popular products included Pakistani handicrafts like jade ornaments and gemstones, Russian products such as amber beeswax, food, and drinks, as well as traditional Mongolian attire and accessories.

Additionally, there were booths dedicated to maternity and baby products, cross-border luxury luggage and accessories, and high-end cosmetics.

The fair established a platform for the formation of win-win partnerships, mutual benefit, and reciprocity. It catered to various needs and served as an exchange hub for multiple stakeholders, fostering the further development of cross-border e-commerce in Dongsheng district and accelerating the quality and efficiency of foreign trade development.
