The city of Ordos recently introduced China's first traditional energy small vehicle license plate self-making machine.

When a vehicle owner visits the relevant window at the vehicle management station, the data is automatically transmitted, the equipment is self-produced, and the license plate can be issued within just three minutes, compared with 30 minutes in the past. The new system eliminates the need for manual licensing and cumbersome processes.

"Before I had to wait 30 minutes to get my license plate, and now it's so fast," said Mr. Wang, who obtained a license plate for a traditional energy small vehicle.
