Juye Coal Chemical Co – a resident company of Hanggin Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region – recently shipped 22,000 metric tons of coke from Tianjin Port to Australia.

This $7.5-million deal marks the company's second order to the same customer since September 2023, indicating that the Juye brand of coke has been fully recognized by foreign downstream customers.

Juye Coal Chemical Co, located in the Hanggin Economic Development Zone, is the only coke enterprise producing foundry coke in Inner Mongolia. By using internationally cutting-edge technologies, the company achieves an annual output of 600,000 tons of foundry coke.

Juye's coke product boasts stable quality, high hot and cold strength, and large lumpiness. As a result, the company is known within the industry for its high coke quality indices.

Meanwhile, the waste gas generated in the coking process is recovered by the waste heat boiler to generate steam for turbine power generation, and annual power generation can reach 250 million kilowatt-hours.
