Ordos to deploy 1,000 starry sky cabins for 'agricultural + cultural' tourism

The Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau and the Bureau of Culture and Tourism of Ordos recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a metal technology company in the city of Foshan, Guangdong province. 

The project will focus on the sale of agricultural and animal husbandry products, the creation of an e-commerce platform and the construction of 1,000 starry sky cabins in Ordos.

The move, with an investment of 500 million yuan ($69.45 million), is expected to attract 2 million visitors, driving local agricultural and special product sales and cultural tourism revenue of over 1 billion yuan.

This agreement marks a new chapter in the integrated development of "agriculture and animal husbandry + culture and tourism" in Ordos, creating a new business card for agricultural, cultural, and tourism with Ordos characteristics.
