Online registration for Ordos' new student admissions has concluded, with new students from across the city using intelligent services.

No paper documents or in-person visits to government service windows were required, enabling families to complete enrollment procedures without leaving home.

Ordos led the region in building a city-and-banner-level public information platform, connecting 613 government departments and compiling 10,011 public data catalogs of 159,000 resource indicators, with a total data volume of 3.30 billion entries, breaking down cross-level, cross-department, and cross-regional information barriers within the city.

Built on this foundation are five core databases covering population, legal entities, spatial geography, housing addresses, and the macroeconomy, along with 27 thematic databases covering water, electricity, gas and heating supply, corporate credit, student records, medical insurance, and the housing provident fund. These databases gather thousands of indicators and over 100 million data entries.

The Ordos municipal administrative approval, government services and data administration bureau broke down information barrier across education, public security, housing and urban-rural development departments through unified data interfaces.

It conducts real-time verification of household registration, real-estate property rights, commercial housing online filing, and other key information, and has established an innovative reverse-verification mechanism to ensure data accuracy and safeguard data security.

The platform now powers 77 application scenarios and 770 data services, including public rental housing application verification, the public credit information entity database, and real-estate information verification, with its services spanning government affairs, public services, business environment optimization, civilized city development, and modern urban governance.
