To further enhance the talent development environment, Ordos city has launched the "Nuancai" subsidy for high-level talent. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online in accordance with the specified guidelines.
The subsidy targets high-level talents who are employed full-time in Ordos and are within the management period at the time of application. This includes individuals classified under categories A to F in the "Ordos City High-Level Talent Classification Directory", as well as those recognized as "Tianjiao Talent", "Grassland Talent", "Ordos Talent", and "Outstanding Young Talent" through municipal evaluations. Additionally, other talents identified by Ordos' talent work leading group office are also eligible.
The subsidy offers two types of assistance: pension and childcare. High-level talents with parents aged 70 and above can receive an annual pension subsidy of 2,000 yuan ($297) per parent. For those with children under three years old, a childcare subsidy of 2,000 yuan per child is available annually.
Applicants must submit online via the city's human resources and social security bureau website. The pension subsidy requires submission of ID cards, pension qualification certification, and talent recognition certificates. For the childcare subsidy, applicants must provide a child's birth certificate or household registration, along with relevant talent recognition documents. Foreign talents must provide additional documentation as required.
The review process is tiered, starting with individual submission, followed by the employer's review, and then assessment by the competent department or district/banner human resources bureau, with final approval by Ordos' expert service center.
