The Ordos Government Service Center has implemented a range of measures to make government services more accessible to seniors, aiming to address the challenges faced by Ordos' elderly population, such as mobility issues and difficulties with using smart devices.

The center has developed a comprehensive list of in-home services, detailing the entire service process in an effort to establish a standardized and traceable system. This ensures that services are delivered efficiently and in an orderly manner. Additionally, a dedicated team has been formed to assist seniors, offering in-person communication and detailed follow-ups.

To expand service accessibility, the center has introduced a system featuring specialized window services, home visits, and extended hours for urgent needs. Dedicated staff are available to provide guidance and assistance with devices, offering one-on-one home services for seniors with mobility issues. Weekend extended hours are also available to meet off-peak service demand. As of 2026, the center has assisted over 600 seniors and conducted more than 40 in-home and extended hour services, achieving a 100 percent satisfaction rate.

Furthermore, the center has implemented a feedback mechanism, providing results through phone calls and home visits, while maintaining detailed records and images to ensure service traceability.

Looking ahead, the center plans to continue optimizing its service processes and improving its service models, enhancing its "Warm City Government Service" brand to offer even better support for the elderly community.
